User / Client / You / Your

Refers to any individual or legal entity subscribing to or using the research services.

Parties

Assent and Acceptance

Client Information and KYC Requirements

• Clients must provide accurate personal and financial information in the prescribed KYC format.
• Supporting documents must be submitted in accordance with SEBI and RAASB requirements.
• KYC details may be verified periodically through the KYC Registration Agency (KRA).

Research Report Terms and Conditions

1. Recommendations are based on publicly available information believed to be reliable at the time of publication.
2. Unless otherwise stated, recommendations are intended for a 12-month investment horizon.
3. Ratings are based on expected absolute returns and may be positive or negative.
4. Security prices may fluctuate due to market conditions, volatility, or company-specific developments.
